Zucchini Noodles with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized or julienned
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (400g)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, cook zucchini noodles over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Serve zucchini noodles with tomato sauce.
